At 75 years young, I have come to understand that it is never too late to follow what calls you.

I created New Mother Gaia as a business, but more than that, to be of service—to support the rise of consciousness and our journey back to ourselves.

Each blend corresponds with one of the seven chakras, gently supporting balance within the body and clarity within the heart. They are not a doctrine. They are not a shortcut to enlightenment. They are companions for the journey.

I was born in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina—a land named for the Pee Dee people, Native Americans whose homeland this has been for generations. They honor the Pee Dee River as a brother and have long known the Earth as Mother. That reverence lives in me.

Water is life—fluid, receptive, and responsive. Before drinking, I pause, give thanks, and bless the water- an act of gratitude and awareness. When joined with these sacred blends, it becomes a gentle carrier of intention. This union invites stillness, awakening, and a quiet return to harmony.

With each sip, something within begins to remember.

I am not here to teach. I am simply a bridge, and even that bridge is made of humility.
